These spots must be paid for in full before a spot is considered reserved. GOOD NEWS!! There is a sani-dump located across from the AG grounds so you can dump your tanks as you are leaving on Sunday.

Some fully serviced camp spots may be available at the Mountie Park Campground located across from the Ag Grounds but those are not booked through Blue Suede. They are based on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved so you would have to take a chance on getting one once you arrive in town.

Vendors
General Information
The available vendor space is limited at the Blue Suede Music Festival.
All vendors, including food vendors are welcome to submit an application for our review including the cheques that can be postdated for June 30th but no later than.
Deadline for vendor applications is June 30th.
Note
Vendors who only sell Elvis Presley memorabilia or other items will not be accepted!
The organizers have a large silent auction of just Elvis items on Saturday and an exclusive Elvis vendor would certainly be detrimental to the auction. The auction proceeds go towards the Festival expenses.

Volunteers
Every great event needs a lot of great volunteers to make it happen. Blue Suede is a charity event and is no different except for the fact that we have the absolute BEST volunteers! And we do need a lot of them!
If you are planning on attending anyway and would like to help out with the shift or two, please fill out the online volunteer form. If you can work more than one shift please just write that in the comment section as the form is only allowing you to pick one time slot.
We greatly appreciate any time you can give and your willingness to put in the effort and be able to say “I helped make it happen!!”
