The performers will be available for a Meet and Greet and photos with you or alone. This will be a great opportunity to meet the performers and get to know who they are, so you will recognize them on stage for the rest of the weekend!
This will also be an opportunity to meet our special VIP guest(s).

10 AM – RV’s move in
3:00 PM – beer gardens open. Weekend wristbands will be available in the beer gardens. Reserved seating wristbands will be available at the volunteer table.
6-7:00 PM – Meet and greet with the performers
7:30- 11:00 PM – Welcome Party and open mic karaoke

8:00 AM – Gates to the grounds are open for cars and any other RVs that are not already there.
9:00 AM – Gates to the seating area open. Wristbands and Day Passes are available at the gate.
10:00 AM – Show starts
11:00 AM- Beer Garden opens
8:00 PM- Concert with a full 9-piece band, The Flashback Band

Throughout the day, there will be a trivia contest, an Elvis silent auction, a live auction, and many photo ops with the performers. There will be breaks after the performers have completed each round. During the break and any time during the weekend, take some time to browse through the many vendors set up on the grounds and visit the silent auction and merchandise tables often!

10:45 AM- Elvis Tribute Artists
1:30 PM (approximate time) – The New Covenant Quartet
2:15 PM- Elvis Tribute Artists
6:00 PM- After Party!!! Tickets for this are available at the beer gardens all weekend.

This weekend will be filled with the best entertainment and the most fun you have ever had! There will be lots of opportunities to have your pictures taken with the performers, so don’t forget your phones!
